• Home Base: Orange County CA • Driving specifications of HI-MACS, Viatera, Teracanto, and HFLOR in commercial accounts • Some projects will require working cradle to grave and securing purchase orders • Working closely with Territory Managers to discuss and close projects • Additional duties assigned to drive revenue and profits in the assigned territory
• Undergraduate degree in Design, Art, Business, or related field preferred but not required. • Direct experience selling luxury vinyl flooring. • Current knowledge of the commercial & national account segments in assigned territory and/or metro markets preferred. • Proven sales & business development experience and account management experience in at least one of the following segments: National Accounts, Hospitality, Food Service, Retail, Entertainment, Recreation, Healthcare and/or Education. • Excellent oral and written, communication, presentation and organization skills • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • CRM Experience, Salesforce.com preferred • Excellent selling skills and strong commercial marketing knowledge • Results driven with the energy and focus to achieve goals/KPI’s • Must be able to think and work independently • Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills • Proven event planning skills • Experience working industry trade shows and lunch & learn events • Proven effective time management, scheduling & planning skills • Understanding the basics of the commercial value chain and project tracking • Proven skills working as part of a team & the ability to thrive in a team environment • Logistically savvy about territory management; navigating efficiently and conscious of budget expenditures • Proven Networking skills primarily through business associations. Associations include but are not limited to: CSI, IIDA, AIA, ASHE, AAHID, APPA, ACUHO, IFMA, BOMA, SAME, NAA
