• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive eCommerce and CRO experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity • Proven success in leading eCommerce operations with a track record of driving substantial growth and innovation • Expertise in advanced web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and Heatmap (eg. Full Story) with proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, CRO best practices, and web development frameworks • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (eg HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) • Experience managing eCommerce platforms and optimizing digital customer experiences • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective digital strategies. • Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to Influence at all levels of the organization
