Description

ā€¢ The Executive Assistant to the President of LISC Fund Management provides high-level administrative support. ā€¢ Manages complex calendar, schedules meetings and coordinates travel arrangements. ā€¢ Acts as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. ā€¢ Prepares and organizes materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. ā€¢ Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ā€¢ Anticipates and addresses the President's needs for smooth daily operations. ā€¢ Coordinates and compiles the LFM board deck, prepares executive summaries and reports. ā€¢ Manages logistics for board meetings; including scheduling and material distribution. ā€¢ Organizes and maintains filing systems for easy retrieval of important documents. ā€¢ Supports the President in maintaining and promoting organizational culture and values.

Requirements

ā€¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant related work experience. ā€¢ Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, CDFIs, or impact investing. ā€¢ Proven track record of supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments. ā€¢ Experience in preparing board materials and coordinating high-level meetings. ā€¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. ā€¢ Excellent organizational and time management skills. ā€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Salesforce or other CRM tools. ā€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ā€¢ Ability to work effectively in a team environment. ā€¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ā€¢ Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with executives, board members, and stakeholders. ā€¢ Expert-level calendar management and scheduling abilities. ā€¢ Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. ā€¢ Ability to comprehend and summarize complex financial information. ā€¢ Understanding of financial terminology and concepts related to real estate loans, small business lending, and community development, preferred. ā€¢ Interest in community development and social impact finance.
