• Oversee and manage production teams for immigration case completion. • Support teams in meeting quality and output targets. • Lead implementation and tracking of KPIs. • Create and maintain SOPs for process stability. • Train and develop new Group Leads and Team Leads.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of previous experience or bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook • High level of interpersonal communication skills across many social levels and cultures • Must have good time management and organization skills • High English proficiency required • LEAN manufacturing training preferred
