• Create strong relationships with leaders across the Firm to best support their team’s needs and hire the perfect fit • Create and post job descriptions in Upwork, Indeed, etc. to attract top talent • Review applications and resumes and select excellent candidates based on existing skills and workplace culture fit • Perform initial screen on candidates before making recommendations to the appropriate leader for second interview • Guide candidates through the hiring process
Requirements
• Fluency in English and Spanish • Strong attention to detail • Two or more years’ experience recruiting • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated • Desire to help support our organization to reach and exceed our amazing goals
