• Own and build processes for sales operations • Optimize Salesforce • Streamline lead routing • Ensure data integrity • Build sales performance reports and dashboards • Develop onboarding and training process for new hires

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proficiency with sales & marketing tools such as Gong, Marketo, Salesforce, and other systems • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and analytics • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to train and enable sales teams on the effective use of technology and sales processes • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
