Description

• Lead and coordinate TechOps team operations, ensuring smooth deployment management. • Oversee interface rollouts and transition processes. • Conduct MI calls for operational updates. • Perform monitoring and root cause analysis using ELK, Kibana, Prometheus, and Grafana. • Manage budget and license allocation. • Collaborate with Scrum teams and partner systems. • Manage CI/CD processes with GitLab and ArgoCD. • Provide AWS engineering support for various services. • Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts for support.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating TechOps or DevOps teams, with a strong understanding of deployment management. • Expertise in monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana) for system performance and root cause analysis. • Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab, ArgoCD). • Experience with AWS platform engineering, particularly with EC2, EKS, Lambda, Route 53, and RDS/Aurora. • Knowledge of ITIL and AMS Consulting practices. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, for effective coordination with development teams. • Advanced proficiency in English and German for effective communication. • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple Scrum teams and partner systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in resolving technical and operational issues. • Flexibility for on-call duties and occasional weekend work. • Strong organizational and budget management abilities.
