Description

• Oversees successful execution of AI service projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence. • Conducts financial planning, budgeting, and business case evaluations for AI services. • Supports strategy and roadmap development for AI services. • Serves as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. • Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues to ensure smooth execution. • Monitors project performance and tracks key metrics (KPIs, SLAs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or AI sector. • Proven experience in service design and service management. • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial engineering and business case evaluation. • Familiarity with AI technologies and trends, particularly Generative AI (optional). • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). • Understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in financial engineering and business case evaluation. (good to have) • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. (good to have) • Experience in developing and managing SLAs and KPIs. (good to have) • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred. • ITIL certification is a plus.
