• Strategic and Results-Driven Leadership: Develop and execute the global strategy for Aerospace & Defense product lines. Identify growth opportunities and address performance issues to ensure profitable growth and operational efficiency. • Customer-Centric Focus: Collaborate with senior leadership to align product offerings with customer needs, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. Craft and implement a compelling marketing vision and enhance our digital presence. • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of product managers. Promote a collaborative and agile environment within a matrix organization. Display an entrepreneurial mindset and foster a proactive, solution-oriented approach. • Innovation and Growth: Introduce and leverage innovative business systems for data-driven decision-making to drive revenue and profitability. Work closely with cross-functional teams and other product managers to advance Littelfuse strategic goals.

Requirements

• Educational Background: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in product management within electronic technologies. A proven track record in customer-facing roles such as sales, strategic marketing, or field applications engineering is essential. • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a strong capacity to influence without direct authority. Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations is required. • Industry Expertise: Experience with aviation, space, or defense applications is highly desirable. Experience in multi-site, multinational manufacturing environments is a plus. • Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
