• Livanta is the largest healthcare quality improvement organization in the United States. • Instrumental in driving strategic business solutions for internal and external stakeholders. • Lead efforts to review, validate, and optimize business processes across programs and projects. • Serve as a strategic partner for business process improvement and technology-driven solutions. • Oversee complex configuration tasks, custom reporting, and system setups. • Act as a trusted advisor to the PMO & Product team. • Provide deep insights as a subject matter expert on the company’s software products. • Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions within the company’s platforms. • Engage directly with stakeholders to lead the design, testing, and implementation of business process changes.
• Demonstrated experience leading business process re-engineering initiatives and developing strategies for cross-functional collaboration. • Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and drive those requirements through implementation. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and business analysis software. • Strong project management skills with experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings, leading initiatives, and managing multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, technical teams, and clients. • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary Security Clearance for work being performed. • Familiarity with Data Visualization/ Reporting skills (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, or Quicksight) is a plus. • JIRA Administration certifications are a plus.
