📋 Description

• Lead a team of Data Scientists and Analysts to analyze Medicare Part D data. • Develop an annual Analytics Plan and identify analyses to be performed each contract year. • Ensure data is properly sorted, evaluated, and prepared for transfer and storage. • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with a focus on healthcare data analysis. • Experience in supporting data analysis within the context of fraud, waste, abuse, investigations, and audits. • Experience with complex and large datasets and applying various tools and techniques for the analysis of structured and unstructured data. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. • Knowledge of machine learning techniques, other AI tools, and statistical modeling. • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
