• Maintain the knowledge base • Create and update high-quality knowledge base articles • Work closely with partners and the Inventory team

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong understanding of how to simplify complex processes or tasks into easy-to-understand written information • Independent prioritisation and management of own workload • Great attention to detail • Ability to work remotely and unsupervised • Experience in content writing or knowledge management is highly desirable • Experience within a B2B environment is a plus • Experience with travel (B2C or Online) is also a plus
