Description

• Examines, evaluates, and recommends approval of commercial customer applications for extensions of credit • Develops customer relationships through friendly, courteous and responsive service • Promotes Bank's services to current and potential customers through industry-specific trade shows • Develops and maintains strong relationships with referral sources • Analyzes applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine if loan requests meet the Bank's and/or SBA's lending criteria • Stays current with products and services the Bank is offering.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic • Strong organizational Skills • Public Speaking recommended • Sound judgment • Detail oriented • PC proficiency • In-depth knowledge of Bank lending policies, procedures and criteria • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing; an MBA is preferred. • Formal SBA and/or USDA and conventional credit training is preferred • Five to seven years of lending experience in the Investment Advisory industry.
