Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of major software processes and systems. • Ensure the architecture and code are scalable, secure, and maintainable. • Oversee a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed. • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement innovative solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. • Ensure the highest level of software quality through rigorous testing and validation. • Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed processes. • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. • Evaluate and manage relationships with software vendors and third-party tools. • Ensure that all tools and technologies used are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role. • Proven track record of developing and managing complex software processes. • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
