📋 Description

• LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) is the global leader in enterprise conversations. • We power nearly a billion conversational interactions every month, providing a uniquely rich data set and safety tools to unlock the power of Conversational AI for better customer experiences. • We are the Conversational Cloud Core team at LivePerson, responsible for designing and implementing the core of the messaging ecosystem, from backend to frontend. • Our team consists of 60 engineers located across the globe, including the USA, Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, and France. • We are seeking a full stack Senior Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment on projects spanning multiple areas of the company, helping to enhance and simplify how brands engage with their customers through messaging. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to (your tasks): • Build the platform that serves the real time monitoring needs of our customers • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for important systems and delivering high-availability and performance • Create complex, high-performance backend services using Java and Node.js. • Design and optimize efficient, user-friendly frontend applications. • Develop technical specifications and documentation • Debug production issues and help maintain existing code

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development engineering. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Programming skills in Java, Node.js, Frontend development. • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and other Development tools • Experience debugging/testing applications • Experience building RESTful microservices • Familiar with basic Devops tasks for deploying applications in dev/test environments • Experience working with public cloud platforms like AWS / GCP is a plus • Experience in Kubernetes • Willingness to participate in paid on-call duty, in alignment with our "You Build It, You Run It" philosophy. • A strong sense of quality, personal responsibility, and a passion for development.
