Description

• LivePerson is the global leader in enterprise conversations. • Hundreds of the world’s leading brands use our Conversational Cloud platform. • You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our largest and most strategic accounts. • This role is focused on architectural design and sales within the technology sector. • You'll work closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Executives, and Account Managers. • Your contributions will be crucial in achieving the NA revenue target. • You're expected to build and deliver sophisticated demos around LivePerson's core platforms. • Collaborate on responses to RFPs and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a track record in large enterprise deals. Product Management experience is a plus. • Industry Knowledge: Experience with web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, and AI technologies is preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certification is a plus). • Education: A BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields. Self-taught and boot camp experiences are also valued. • Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities. • Technical Aptitude: Strong general tech skills, familiarity with OS, office suites, video/photo editing software, and the latest tech developments.
