Description

• Responsible for optimizing contract repository platform management and its make enhancements for seamless integration with other platforms like Salesforce and Ironclad for efficiency and data accuracy. • Responsible for maintaining and updating the legal team websites and digital knowledge base. • Support in legal remediation projects and work closely with the commercial teams in training and procedure building. • Lead the development and organization of training for the legal team, including new hire training and ongoing monthly product/commercial training. • Work with the Business Technology team to identify and fix gaps/problems during the use of legal ticketing systems. • Responsible for development and refinement of other operational matters including vendor management, legal request process, team meeting management, etc. • Responsible for the development and refinement of legal reports and dashboards to provide accurate insights and support decision making. • Assist the Associate General Counsel in assessing, designing and maintaining optimized legal processes, including, e.g., identifying, developing, and implementing process efficiencies through standardization and automation. • Make recommendations to leadership based on analytics obtained through legal reports and dashboards to support the company's legal technology initiatives. • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and similar resources for the legal team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Proactive and the ability to drive projects. • Strong business analytical, technology programming and engineering skills. • Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in legal operations. • Work experience in tech companies is preferred. • Experience as a paralegal or business analyst is preferred. • Understanding of legal tech or AI tools (for legal) is preferred.
