Requirements

β€’ Three-plus years of professional experience as an administrative or executive assistant and company bookkeeper β€’ Command of Google G-Suite/Workspace β€’ Command of Quickbooks β€’ Demonstrated ability to learn new, highly complex subject matters quickly β€’ Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Natural problem-solver, collaborator, and team player β€’ Strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills β€’ Excellent time management and organizational skills
