• About Loam: Enhancing sustainability in agriculture through soil carbon sequestration. • Seeking a skilled Regulatory Manager to ensure compliance in ag-bio sector. • Responsible for ensuring products meet national and international regulations. • Implement strategies for safe use of microbial technology. • Requires in-depth regulatory expertise and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in a Scientific Discipline, Advanced Degree preferred. • 4+ years agricultural Regulatory USDA experience in a supportive role, or equivalent industry experience. (e.g., Agricultural Development, Analytical Development, Production, Quality Assurance). • Experience of scientific principles and regulatory USDA and US state requirements around microbial development and post-market support. • Experience during development and launch of microbial products for agriculture in the US. • Ability to understand, apply, and articulate regulatory USDA and U.S. state requirements for global microbial development and post-market support initiatives required. • Project management skills to oversee and coordinate various USDA activities. • A good understanding of the regulations relating to the products above. • Nice to have experience in the manufacturing processes used for agrochemical products.
