📋 Description

• Lodgify is not just any startup, we're a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with our innovative software. • As a Lead Product Designer, you will take full ownership of designing end-to-end user experiences that drive both business impact and user satisfaction. • You'll join a high-performance design team of 8 (product design, research & content) with a solid design thinking culture and a scalable design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor leading complex, end-to-end design solutions at scale. • A track record of influencing product and design strategy, with the ability to balance vision and execution. • Expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping, with a deep understanding of delivering high-performance designs. • Experience mentoring and coaching product designers, helping elevate the design quality across projects. • Ability to share design rationale persuasively with all organization functions, including executives. • Expertise in building and evolving Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across product areas. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes while driving product and business success. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of front-end development constraints.
