β€’ We are seeking a self-motivated individual who will be a door opener to finding new prospects and partnerships for our agency! β€’ This person will have outstanding communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a desire to generate new business! β€’ The Business Development Representative will be a part of our Sales team. β€’ The first month will be spent learning how to be successful in sales, how to use Salesforce, training on research tools for prospecting, and learning the Digital Marketing Industry! β€’ After that, this person will be leading prospecting for new business and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements

β€’ Prospecting, Networking, and Lead Generation (80%) β€’ Lead Generation/Prospect Management/Outreach β€’ Generate leads via outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and attending networking events) β€’ Coordinate and schedule prospective client meetings from outreach involving the Sales Team β€’ Communicate ongoing contact, activities, and updates through Sales Report meetings with Sales Team β€’ Meet company quarterly and annual sales goals for this role β€’ Research Industry Market Trends and create Top Prospects List β€’ Contact other agencies and potential partners to join our Mutual Referral Program β€’ Stay current on changes and best practices in Digital Marketing and Web Development β€’ Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and company competitive advantages β€’ Administrative Sales Support (20%) β€’ Respond to inbound contact forms when requested and engage in initial communication with prospects to qualify opportunities for the sales team β€’ Provide the CEO and Sales Team with administrative support as needed β€’ Support managing business development processes β€’ Provide documentation on new client acquisitions to the Client Services team and Management
