Requirements

β€’ 5+ years proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving conversions and ROI. β€’ Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic channels. β€’ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau and campaign management platforms. β€’ Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ A growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies.
