β€’ LogicGate is a modern risk management platform. β€’ Seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for Field Operations. β€’ Develop and enable the Field Operations organization. β€’ Huge and direct impact on top line revenue growth. β€’ Collaborate with the customer-facing organization.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years in a dedicated Sales Enablement role β€’ 4+ years of work experience in a Sales or other Customer facing role β€’ Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery β€’ Proven track record of crafting programs that measurably increases team skill sets β€’ Creativity to implement and test new and diverse solutions β€’ Highly collaborative to engage cross-functional partners effectively β€’ Knowledge of Sales / Customer Enablement tooling and Sales Methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, Sandler, CVI, etc.) β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust plans for unexpected changes
