Requirements

• 2+ years in a dedicated Sales Enablement role • 4+ years of work experience in a Sales or other Customer facing role • Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery • Proven track record of crafting programs that measurably increases team skill sets • Creativity to implement and test new and diverse solutions • Highly collaborative to engage cross-functional partners effectively • Knowledge of Sales / Customer Enablement tooling and Sales Methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, Sandler, CVI, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust plans for unexpected changes
