Description

• Are you passionate about driving quality in training and ensuring excellence in the logistics industry? • We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) in transport compliance to join our Training Support Services team. • As a key player, you will be dedicated to promoting a culture of quality across training programs and supporting the highest standards in training delivery. • Logistics UK, formerly the Freight Transport Association, is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, representing the entire industry with members from the road, rail, sea, and air industries. • An effective supply chain is vital to Keep Britain Trading, directly impacting over 7 million people employed in making, selling, and moving the goods that affect everyone everywhere. • With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC. • This field-based role requires travel across the UK.

Requirements

• Experience & Qualifications: Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, proven QA expertise in training delivery, and strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems. • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint) and skilled in instructional design and adult learning techniques. • Organisational Skills: Sharp attention to detail, excellent planning, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients, relaying information clearly and accurately. • Self-Motivation & Initiative: Proactive, with the drive to work independently while supporting team goals. • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of transport compliance standards and legislation. • Full UK Driver’s License: This field-based role requires travel across the UK, so a full UK driver’s license is essential.
