📋 Description

• At Lokalise, we make it easy and profitable for businesses to expand into new markets. • We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. • Oversee CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and seamless sales operations. • Create actionable reports and dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights. • Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements. • Work closely with different teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth alignment of processes. • Train new sales hires on tools, processes, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role within the B2B sector, preferably within the Software sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders and audiences. • Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience using the wider Google Suite being advantageous. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), with exposure to other Revenue Operations tech including Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Salesloft, Gong. • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently whilst driving solutions. • Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances.
