Description

• Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. • We are looking for a talented generalist Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. • This role combines deep UX expertise with focused strategic insight to leverage data and user research to craft user experiences. • You will lead end-to-end design efforts within your squad of product manager, engineering manager, engineers and yourself. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers to integrate design insights into the development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a generalist Product Designer in a multi-disciplinary environment. • Strong understanding of business metrics, growth loops, and how design decisions impact key performance indicators. • Expertise in turning insights from user research, analytics, and experiments into actionable design solutions. • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, understanding of data tools like Amplitude, and collaboration apps such as Loom. • Experience leading design projects from concept to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly, with a focus on balancing user needs with business objectives.
