• Longbridge Financial is seeking experienced Licensed Field Sales Loan Officers. • Experienced professionals originating 2 or more loans a month working in their respective local communities to identify and educate homeowners as well as their trusted advisors to expand the reverse mortgage outreach. • Identify & build a supportive referral network within the local market. • Educate with consistent follow up in order to identify opportunities. • Work with homeowners and referral partners to provide a more secure retirement utilizing the HECM or Reverse Mortgage Program. • Follow up on leads, self-generated and company opportunities. • Interview clients to identify future goals. • Collect financial information & guide through the application process. • Interact in a professional manner.
