• Part-time Seasonal E-Commerce Fraud Specialist - Remote • Ensure department meets and exceeds order review KPIs • Analyze fraud trends and determine legitimacy of orders • Implement risk strategies for customer service standards • Support Customer Service team with inquiries via chat, email, and phone • Investigate high-risk transactions and chargeback patterns • Provide recommendations on order cancellations and fraud prevention strategies • Compile reports to analyze effectiveness of risk rules
• High school/some college or equivalent work experience • 3-4 years in e-commerce environment or in a similar retail setting • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and products • Ability to think analytically and make sound business decisions • Strong organization and time management skills • Adyen experience a plus • Experience working in payment gateways and using 3rd party fraud tools • Comfortable in analyzing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights
