• La Maison Longchamp based in Paris seeks a Temporary, Seasonal E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist. • Assist customers with order inquiries via chat, email, and telephone. • Work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with Operations, Buying, Finance & Logistics teams. • Willingness to provide assistance and support to other business areas as needed.
• Two plus years of customer service, e-commerce, and/or retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail. • Minimum of 1 year of office/administrative-related work. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, is required.
