We’re proud of our reputation as one of North America’s most dynamic IT providers — and we’re even prouder of our culture that allows our people to live life to its fullest. • At Long View, we create an environment of collaboration and support, of innovation and enthusiasm, of inclusion and belonging. • Are you a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement wizard? • We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! • Utilizing your deep and expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies, you understand client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills and are proficient in creating and implementing proven solutions that solve business challenges. • You will work directly with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Leadership Teams to provide solution direction and quotes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation experience with experience in other MS Dynamics modules • 5+ years of consulting experience • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform • Experience using Azure DevOps for gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system with key business users • Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for the administration of Customer engagement system • Fluent French.
