• A seasoned software engineer with a deep specialization in frontend architecture and performance, consistently delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. • 7+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern reactive libraries like React or Vue, with exposure to PHP/Laravel or similar backend frameworks. • A proactive and self-motivated learner, continuously exploring new technologies and best practices to enhance our platform. • An engineer with a strong sense of ownership, driving architectural decisions and ensuring the long-term health and scalability of our front end. • A technical leader and mentor, inspiring engineers and building trust with stakeholders through clear communication and technical expertise. • A proven architect with a deep understanding of design systems, performance optimization, and modular patterns. • An engineer who understands the product vision, collaborates with product managers and designers, and translates business requirements into robust solutions. • A pragmatic problem-solver, balancing the need for immediate solutions with long-term architectural considerations, and making data-driven decisions.
