Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy • Lead and mentor the product management team • Oversee the entire product lifecycle • Establish KPIs for product areas • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless processes • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Experience leading at scale, with companies greater than $50MM revenue, and more than 300 employees • Experience working in multi-product environments with partner ecosystems and portfolio of integrations • Experience working with or overseeing a global team, serving a global customer base • Experience in hyper-competitive markets/categories • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directly managing other Product Managers • Extensive experience building and growing B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech • Experience building products that leverage AI/ML • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools • Strong project management skills • Customer-focused mindset
