Description
• Drive customer satisfaction for installation projects • Manage workflows from start to finish • Coordinate between customers, service providers, and stores • Handle inbound and outbound calls • Troubleshoot issues using various tech tools • Meticulously document all interactions • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 1-3 years' experience in a customer facing role • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) • 1 year of experience in project coordination OR experience in remodeling or construction industry (preferred) • 1 year of experience working in a Project Management function (preferred) • Experience in contact center environment (preferred)
