Description

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to design, build, and maintain an internal ETL tool. • Build, refine, and maintain custom onboarding solutions/importers. • Develop and maintain backend services with a focus on data-intensive applications. • Solve product and client-specific business needs through custom software, enhancements, bug fixes, or consulting. • Work on both pre-defined product development projects and client-driven data efforts. • Lead mid-sized development projects from start to finish. • Actively participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in upper environments with data-related applications. • Collaborate effectively across multiple projects and manage shifting priorities based on client needs. • Mentor team members to foster knowledge sharing and a strong team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with exposure to data engineering, data-focused backend work, or related fields. • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server) • Proficiency with T-SQL, and unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, etc.). • Experience in a SaaS environment and/or start-up or ambiguous settings with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
