Description

•Seeking a Business Development Manager in Japan •Build and manage a sales pipeline for B2B sales •Manage entire sales cycle from lead conversion to contract signature •Promote E&C solutions to potential clients •Run outbound lead generation campaigns including cold calling •Develop expertise on business, legal, compliance and ethical trends •Engage effectively with C-Level audiences of mid-to-large companies •Track and report all activities for sales forecasting •Collaborate with internal teams for successful program delivery

Requirements

•3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions •Proven ability to deliver annual quota selling to corporates in Japan •Expertise in solution selling and managing the sales cycle for a complex business offering •Proficient Japanese written, oral, and presentation communication skills to engage C-level buyers •Competent in daily use of salesforce.com to record sales activity and track progress against quarterly activity and annual targets •Comfortable prospecting, including cold calling, to build top of pipeline funnel supplementing inbound leads generated by marketing •Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, media, diversity programs, SaaS or HR benefits platforms preferred •Energetic and positive work ethic •Demonstrate a high degree of ethics and integrity
