📋 Description
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events in the blockchain space. • Work on developer-focused events like hackathons and university programs. • Foster developer engagement and support blockchain education. • Oversee logistics for events and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. • Produce post-event analysis and reports for continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination. • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple events simultaneously. • Strong familiarity with developer communities, hackathon operations, and university engagement strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in negotiation and partnership management. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Ability to travel globally to execute a busy calendar of events - 30% of annual travel should be expected.
