β’ We're on the hunt for a new enthusiastic Business Development Rep to join us at PeopleFluent! β’ This role is to improve the organization's profitability by performing lead generation and qualifications for the field sales organization. β’ Work closely with the sales team to help identify target accounts, handle initial inquiries, qualify prospects, assist with the early stages of the sale cycle, and participate in marketing events and other sales processes. β’ Lead Generation: Utilize sales automation tools to identify and engage prospective clients, qualifying them as leads for the sales pipeline. β’ Prospecting Automation: Use prospecting tools to research and target potential clients, streamlining the outreach process through tailored campaigns. β’ Outbound Campaigns: Execute email automation campaigns and leverage social media platforms to nurture potential leads and increase engagement. β’ Collaboration with Sales Team: Work hand-in-hand with Sales to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and opportunity development. β’ CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce, ensuring clear tracking of lead status and follow-up activities. β’ Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates to management, contributing to strategic sales planning. β’ Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in lead generation and automation to refine your approach and ensure effectiveness.
β’ Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, experience in B2B Technology Sales strongly preferred. β’ Learning and Development or Higher Education industry experience welcomed β’ Familiarity with sales automation tools and prospecting platforms. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the sales field. β’ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
