🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in commerce, search, or merchandising platforms. • Strong understanding of retail and B2B e-commerce workflows, including search, recommendations, and merchandising strategies. • Experience with commerce platforms, including merchandising tools, or catalog management systems • Experience with AI-driven personalization, ranking models, and rules-based merchandising. • Technical fluency in data pipelines, APIs, and analytics to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. • Ability to translate business needs into intuitive, high-impact product features. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Acceptable background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time for any employer
