Description

• Lucidworks is transforming digital experiences for major brands through deep learning technology. • Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape the future of the Fusion Product. • This role involves collaborating with engineering and client success to address challenges. • Focus on execution, communication, analysis, and delivery of product plans. • Influence company direction through effective cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading the definition and delivery of software products and features • Understanding of relevant technology trends, including Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, AI, Machine Learning, Search, eCommerce, Content Management, Digital Marketing • Experience in leading high-performing technology teams and B2B projects • Excellent analytical abilities and can effectively use data to drive decisions • Solutions-oriented and motivated to deliver value in production • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks • Collaborative, value learning and are driven to accomplish great things • Passion for learning, contributing and growing with the Product team and the company • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience • Acceptable background check
