📋 Description
• Develop and execute retention campaigns (bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards). • Collaborate with Retention Manager on short- and long-term campaign goals. • Optimize campaign mechanics, timing, and segmentation for better results. • Align retention efforts with business objectives in collaboration with CRM and marketing teams. • Manage and coordinate retention projects, ensuring clear objectives and timelines. • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from ideation to post-launch analysis. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and conduct A/B testing. • Provide reports on campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in CRM, Retention, or Campaign Management within the online casino/iGaming industry. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance tracking. • Strong knowledge of casino promotions, bonus mechanics, and player segmentation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Nice to have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in A/B testing and campaign automation. • Familiarity with iGaming compliance and responsible gaming policies. • Knowledge of Monday, Slack and Fast Track is a huge plus.
