• Messaging – develop messaging and positioning that successfully differentiates Luma in the market in collaboration with product management. • Enablement – prepare tools (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, etc.) and training that help sales and customer-facing teams effectively communicate the value proposition of Luma, move prospects through the buyer journey, win and expand deals and achieve our business goals. • Launch – lead the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. • Intelligence - be the expert on the market, our market segments, the buyers – including personas, how they buy and their buying criteria – and our competition. Educate on how to position Luma in the context of the competition. • Content – collaborate with cross-functional marketing and design teams to develop content and marketing assets such as blog posts, one pagers, presentations, and more. • Cross-functional collaboration – build strong relationships with product management, marketing, sales, customer support and other internal teams. • Analyst and partner relations – build positive relationships with key analysts and industry influencers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B organizations (SaaS and/or healthcare experience preferred). • Entrepreneurial minded self-starter who is able to function in a lean marketing structure in a company with aggressive growth goals. • Experience creating compelling corporate messaging. Passion and curiosity about the customer and developing value-driven messaging and content. • Experience collaborating effectively with product, sales, and customer success to achieve results. • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - strong preference for an ability to lead through influence • Demonstrable experience positioning and launching differentiated B2B software that exceeds business expectations (ideally in healthcare). • Experience managing and researching product positioning and competitive analysis. • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated team player with a positive attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; strong organization skills and highly self-driven. • The ability to think strategically. Be able to see the bigger picture, and the long-term vision. At the same time, you HAVE to be able to roll up your sleeve and execute with strong urgency and bias for action. • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly
