Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on data analytics and forecasting, preferably in healthcare or telehealth environments. • Extensive experience with forecasting, scheduling optimization, and workforce planning. • Proficiency in workforce management tools and analytics platforms. • Proven success in training and mentoring workforce management teams. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly. • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in process improvement initiatives.
