Description

• Provide technical support to customers • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems • Collaborate with the engineering team • Work closely with customers, Sales Team and Product Team • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Assist customers with implementation and integration of products • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Provide on-site and remote support during installation and deployment • Collaborate with product development team • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or applications engineering role • Strong technical knowledge of Dimensional Metrology in a manufacturing environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel as needed • Experience with PolyWorks, Python, Minitab, CAD software (Solid Works, Catia) - strong asset • Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Goods Manufacturing - strong asset
