• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent • 5+ years in consulting, sales, product development, product marketing, healthcare administration, or related field • Experience in healthcare administration (provider and/or payer), healthcare/med-tech solutions, population health solutions or other related industry • Strong knowledge in payer and/or provider strategy with familiarity with the provider space's hurdles & opportunities • Familiarity with healthcare economics and healthcare market trends • Financial acumen and expertise to understand pricing and develop commercial insights • Highly skilled at achieving product-market fit • Sharp communication skills and ability to influence at all levels • Strong cross-functional capabilities and understanding of the healthcare landscape
