• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, biotechnology, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the laboratory/scientific industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong knowledge of bioprocessing technologies, products, and applications. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
