Your success will be measured on your ability to develop and execute strategies that drive meaningful web traffic and engagement with our ideal customer profile on Lumos.com. β’ You will build and manage a trusted bench of agencies and contractors, and eventually an in-house team, and work closely with stakeholders in marketing, product and sales to ensure the website supports our top business priorities.
β’ Strong knowledge of website management, UX/UI principles, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices. β’ Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and website optimization tools. β’ Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools. β’ Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and backlink strategies. β’ Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). β’ Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce). β’ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. β’ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. β’ Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. β’ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. β’ Growth-hacking mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimization. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. β’ Strong executive presence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across sales, product, marketing. β’ Leadership experience with a potential to grow and manage a full in-house web marketing team.
