• As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you are a visionary leader responsible for driving demand generation, accelerating sales pipeline and optimizing deal closure rates through effective field and partner marketing initiatives. • You will act as a strategic connector—ensuring regional and functional marketing teams operate in sync, leveraging best practices, and executing against a cohesive, data-driven go-to-market strategy. • The position reports to the VP, Global Brand and Media, and oversees field marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and analyst relations and public relations efforts, globally.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or a related field, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or enterprise software industry. • 5+ years of experience in field and events marketing • Proven leadership experience, including managing global marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.). • Experience in demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing, with a strong understanding of how these functions contribute to pipeline acceleration. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing programs, and demonstrate ROI. • Hands-on experience working with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to influence market perception. • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling marketing narratives.
