📋 Description

•Rithum™ is the world’s most trusted commerce network, accelerating how brands, suppliers, and retailers work together to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences. •Provide an unmatched platform for brands and retailers, enabling them to accelerate growth, optimize operations across channels, scale product offerings and enhance margins. •Director of Integrated Marketing, responsible for driving demand generation, accelerating sales pipeline and optimizing deal closure rates through effective field and partner marketing initiatives. •Act as a strategic connector—ensuring regional and functional marketing teams operate in sync, leveraging best practices, and executing against a cohesive, data-driven go-to-market strategy. •The position reports to the VP, Global Brand and Media, and oversees field marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and analyst relations and public relations efforts, globally.

🎯 Requirements

•10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or a related field, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or enterprise software industry. •5+ years of experience in field and events marketing •Proven leadership experience, including managing global marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.). •Experience in demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing, with a strong understanding of how these functions contribute to pipeline acceleration. •Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing programs, and demonstrate ROI. •Hands-on experience working with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to influence market perception. •Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling marketing narratives.
