πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ VP, Marketing will be directly responsible for building and leading the strategy, planning, execution and measurement of omni-channel marketing programs that drive growth and deliver business objectives across multiple markets. β€’ The VP is required to understand respective business areas, strategies and customer needs, setting the prioritization of marketing initiatives with the leadership team and ensuring that these initiatives provide maximum return on investment. β€’ This role is accountable for collaborating with multiple stakeholders across 5 markets (currently) to understand and address their needs to enable growth priorities with world-class marketing strategies and high-quality execution. β€’ The VP will have a thorough understanding of how to leverage the whole of OCP's assets to effectively position our orthopedic services to drive customer growth and commercial success. β€’ This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development of annual marketing plans that support the overall business strategic plans.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong command of marketing strategy, planning, execution and analytics β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business analysis for strategic planning and initiatives; identifying key issues, evaluating competitive market trends, tracking results and formulating recommendations to leadership β€’ Senior-level Healthcare industry experience highly preferred β€’ Has strong executive presence and presentation skills and shows courage of convictions β€’ Can lead without title authority; ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed environment β€’ Can champion and drive change in the face of adversity β€’ Strong organizational agility, not intimidated by ambiguity or β€’ Models behaviors consistent with a high-performance culture β€’ Driven to build a world-class marketing organization β€’ Desire to drive exceptional business results and positive social impact β€’ Proficient in marketing automation tools β€’ Proficient in website optimization tools
