• B.A. or B.S. degree required • 8+ years of management consulting experience • Excellent Client Service Delivery track record • Demonstrated understanding of key consulting business management concepts • Strong familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding features • Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data; familiarity with key data management and analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel) • Strong visual and presentation development skills • Demonstrated success leading teams and projects • Proficient with a variety of technology platforms and willingness to learn / self-teach new tools or skills, as required • Strong understanding of how Point B operates across Sales, Delivery, and Operations functions (for internal candidates) • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences (e.g., Executive leadership, IT business partners, general Associate community)
